Refund Policy

RETURNS

  • You may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us at info@lebaeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to our returns address.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

EXCHANGES We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lebaeyewear.com and we will resolve this at no cost to you.
